History of Kids and the Law
In 1996, ACS began publishing Kids and the Law: A User’s Guide to the Court System, a book co-authored by Rebecca Pries, co-chair of MAJCC, and attorney Carol Rosensweig. The most recent 4th edition was released in December 2018 and includes updates from the April 2018 Criminal Justice Reform Act. Kids and the Law serves as a valuable resource for adolescents, families, and other professionals. This bilingual guide to the court system is currently being used by:

- Lawyers representing youth who are court-involved
